By accessing or using TomorrowCentral (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by itmtb Technologies.

TomorrowCentral is a self-serve console of tools for infrastructure, tech, and AI agents. Some tools are free; others may include usage-based charges, which are disclosed before you incur them. Features, tools, and availability may change without notice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Some tools require you to connect a third-party account (for example, a cloud provider) using a scoped role that you create and control. By connecting an account, you confirm that you are authorised to grant that access. You are responsible for scoping the access appropriately and may revoke it at any time. We assume the role to obtain short-lived credentials for the duration of a run and do not store your long-lived credentials, except where a tool explicitly states otherwise.

Tools may be accessed programmatically over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) using API keys you generate. You are responsible for keeping these API keys confidential and for all activity performed with them, including actions taken by AI agents you connect. Agent activity is treated as your activity under these Terms. You may revoke an API key at any time.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorised automated requests
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
• Connect any account or resource you are not authorised to access
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service in ways that could harm, disrupt, or overburden our infrastructure

All content, code, and technology comprising the Service are the intellectual property of itmtb Technologies or its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you upload or generate through your use of the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, itmtb Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or profits — arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
